This six-sided star element can be mounted to a VAST® XXT extension or a TL2 adapter plate by using a clamping screw, clamping extension or a clamping stylus. Six M3 XXT styli can be laterally attached in 60 degree angles.
Product note
Due to their simplicity, first-generation rotary and rotary-knuckle elements are the most common fasteners on the market in the M3 XXT system. However, due to the offset connections and the difficulty in setting the angles due to the frictional forces of the screw, they have clear disadvantages compared to the elements of the second generation
