In addition, the online store also offers many services and features that simplify and accelerate ordering of this product variety. Convince yourself of the following possibilities:
Need an official quote before you order? Just follow a few simple steps and get your official quotes within a few minutes.
- Put all products you need into your shopping cart.
- Go to the check-out and click on "Create Quote".
- Change your delivery address or shipment options if needed and submit your request by clicking on "Create Quote Now".
- After only a few minutes you will have your official ZEISS quote in your e-mail inbox folder.
- In addition, all quotes are available under "Quotes and Orders"

You can use Favorite Product Lists in many ways. With the help of Favorite Products you can easily request quotes for products regularly needed. Simply go to "Favorite Products" in the "My Account" area and click on the shopping cart icon to add the products in the list to your cart. In the shopping cart, you can choose if you want to order directly or if you want to request an official ZEISS quote. Favorite Product Lists can easily be managed: To move an article to another list, just click on the "Move to other product favorite" icon and choose where to move it.
Of course, you can name your Favorite Product Lists in any way you want. Many users choose names of measuring rooms or machines to which the orders relate.
Our "Quick Order" function offers you three smart options to get a quote or to place an order. If you are logged in to our shop with your credentials you could choose one of the following options:
- Option 1: Choose products from a list of products that you had recently ordered and add them easily to your shopping cart
- Option 2: Directly copy & paste product IDs and add these products to your cart
- Option 3: Directly upload your order as a ".csv list". This is very convenient when placing a bulk order. ".csv lists" can easily be created from any spreadsheet calculation program. Your list needs to contain the product ID and quantity. This option is preferred by resellers and large customers.
After logging in to our shop, you can easily share contents of your shopping cart by sending it as an e-mail to colleagues or other people or by downloading it as a PDF file. Simply click on the link "Send as e-mail" or "Download as PDF" at the top of your shopping cart.
Our ZEISS Metrology Credits simplify your internal approval process. After having purchased a Prepaid Budget, it is up to you to decide who is allowed to use it. In addition, you always have full insight into all orders from ZEISS Metrology Credits. This saves plenty of time especially during emergencies. ZEISS Metrology Credits give your staff the chance to act quickly when a spare part, a stylus or another product is needed quickly. ZEISS Metrology Credits can easily be replenished online in our webshop. Please note that this functionality is only available in Germany and Austria at the moment.
Information on product availability and delivery times in the ZEISS Metrology Shop now gives you planning security when ordering ZEISS Accessories. An integrated traffic light system shows you the availability status of the products. This information is supplemented by an indication of the expected delivery date in the shopping cart. You will also be informed immediately if the delivery time of the ordered goods changes.
The practical traffic light system for delivery guides you:
- Green: Available – The product is in stock and can be shipped at short notice.
- Yellow: Expected soon – The product is currently not in stock, but on its way there. The product will be shipped directly when it is available in stock.
- Red: Longer delivery time – The product is not in stock and must first be produced. The delivery time may therefore take longer.
- Blue: Build to Order – The product is not in stock. It will be produced for you when you order. The delivery time forecast is displayed in the shopping cart.
Tip: The ZEISS Metrology Shop has the largest standard portfolio on the market, with more than 13,000 standard probes. - If your desired product is not available at the moment, there is certainly an available alternative: a slightly shorter or longer stylus.
