With an integrated ID chip in the measuring software, ZEISS adapter plates identify the stylus system and thus prevent operating errors and incorrect measurements.

Another exclusive advantage: With the ZEISS adapter plates, more information such as measuring force or angle of the active probe system is available on the ZEISS control panel display. Adapter plates are specifically engineered to suit ZEISS sensors: ZEISS VAST, VAST XXT, XTR, RDS or ST/ST3.

Accelerate stylus change and measuring time

Only ZEISS original adapter plates will support features such as a Quick Change and FlyScan to shorten your inspection time.

The Quick Change function allows you to perform stylus system changes up to 60% faster, thus saving you up to 14 seconds per stylus change. This is more impactful for complex workpieces that require several stylus changes.

The FlyScan function allows the stylus to move over a recess gap and continue scanning on the other side without interruption while software evaluates the correct measuring points. Depending on the workpiece, this process can save up to 70% of the measuring time.

Note: for accuracy reasons and system compatibility, these performance optimizations are only possible with original ZEISS adapter plates.
